The Alliance Française de Newport is excited to offer its members a virtual discussion with Tania Teschke, the author of this wonderful work which provides 180 traditional French recipes in a comprehensive book. To call this a “cookbook” however, is a gross oversimplification. The book is an encyclopedic treatment of the traditions and heritage of cooking in southwestern France. That heritage manifests itself in the recipes considered in the book.

Join the Alliance Francaise de Newport for a book discussion with the author, Tania Teschke and get ideas for your holiday meals or even better a gift idea for someone special.

The discussion will take place on December 12th at 4pm via zoom but please register no later than December 11th at 5pm.
